The Journey

My story & why I do this

Growing up in Haryana, food was love — rich, comforting, communal. But I also saw how imbalanced nutrition silently fuelled disease in the families around me. That contradiction is what drew me into dietetics and never let go.

I trained rigorously in clinical nutrition, earning my degree and going on to work with hospitals, sports teams, and private clients. Over a decade later, I've built Fit Zindagi as a space where nutrition is never punishing — it is powerful, personal, and deeply rooted in the Indian way of eating.

I have helped athletes shave seconds off their records, young women reverse PCOS without medication, diabetics halve their medication doses, and cancer patients rebuild strength. Each story reminds me why food is the most powerful medicine we have.
